Role Overview

As a Community Housing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering housing services to our tenants across various schemes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property lettings and conducting thorough inspections.
  • Performing essential health and safety checks.
  • Assisting tenants in maintaining their rental obligations.
  • Collaborating with social services and health professionals to support tenant independence.
  • Addressing tenancy issues, including reports of anti-social behavior.

You will work closely with a dedicated team under the guidance of the Neighbourhood Manager, striving to meet ambitious targets. Engaging with tenants is crucial to our success, and you will liaise with tenant representatives and groups to foster a collaborative environment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated, thriving in an independent work setting. A background in housing management within the social housing sector is essential, along with a commitment to our inclusive mission.

Proficiency in computer skills and strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—are required. Flexibility and adaptability in your approach will be key to meeting diverse service demands.
