Culinary Specialist

HC-One is seeking a skilled Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and a solid understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

You'll be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan, and prioritize tasks with ease. You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home cooking to our Residents. When interacting with Residents or colleagues, you'll be considerate and kind.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we require you to be able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
