Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer Apprentice to join our team at Finning (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our field service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service requests and diagnose issues with Caterpillar products
  • Provide comprehensive quotes and repair plans to customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Utilize industry-leading software and repair techniques to ensure efficient and effective repairs
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained with NVQ Level 3
  • Experience with heavy earth moving equipment and LDV driving license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
