Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team at Mitchell Adam. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
- Assist with financial analysis and budgeting, including preparing financial statements and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
