Support Worker / Lifestyle Coordinator Role

We are seeking friendly, caring, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Kendal, Cumbria. As a Support Worker / Lifestyle Coordinator, you will support customers with a wide range of needs and aspirations, working closely with our organisational values to promote independence.

Your role will involve supporting customers with their personal care needs, daily activities, and appointments within the local community. You will work closely within a small team, with varying working hours including days, nights, and weekends.

What We Need from You

We are looking for individuals who share our values and have a positive attitude. You do not need to be experienced, but it is essential that you are willing to learn and develop your skills. An Enhanced DBS will be required for each successful candidate, which will be funded by The Oaklea Trust.
