Job Description

Stanton House is seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Architect Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role

  • Lead the development of data architecture principles, standards, and enterprise data models to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends, and translate business requirements into actionable analytics and data science solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management, ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT and data leadership roles, with a track record of developing and implementing pragmatic data strategies.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of major transformational change initiatives, with a focus on data and analytics.
  • Extensive experience in data management and data governance within a complex, large organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams of data analysts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
