Job Title: Lead Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our team at PRS Recruitment Services. As a Lead Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance within a commercial office building environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all aspects of multi-skilled maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
  • Lead a team of maintenance engineers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all equipment and systems are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work is coordinated and completed on time.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and develop plans to address them.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of facilities maintenance and management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

What We Offer:
