We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dermatology Nurse Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our dermatology services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical assessment and management of patients with complex dermatological conditions.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct nurse-led clinics and manage various nurse-led services to ensure excellent standards of nursing care.
- Work autonomously and as part of the team to deliver specialist clinical care appropriate to the needs of the patient group and service.
- Contribute to the facilitation of care pathways for dermatology patients and participate in the development of protocols and care pathways.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in dermatology or a related field.
- Experience in dermatology nursing and advanced practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
