Appearance Coordination Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily scheduling and management of outsourced maintenance tasks for the Appearance Division.

Maintain and enhance planning frameworks and methodologies to regulate all Appearance operations.

Ensure adequate supervision of outsourced appearance service providers' workloads in line with their production capabilities.

Foster effective communication with the primary CAMO planning team regarding all scheduled appearance operations.

Recommend modifications to departmental documentation concerning the planning of Appearance services (e.g., procedures, manuals).

Collaborate with maintenance coordinators and appearance service providers to guarantee timely completion of appearance tasks.

Organize logistics and travel arrangements for personnel, equipment, and materials.

Compile regular service level and performance reports.

Authorize and document invoices for budgetary purposes.

Undertake Appearance/Engineering projects as directed by the Appearance Manager.

Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Appearance Manager.

Qualifications:

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Demonstrated skills in spreadsheet management and Smartsheet.

Strong communication abilities.

Positive and proactive attitude.

Willingness to travel freely within the EU.

Eligibility to work and reside in the UK.

Proven ability to meet deadlines.

Adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.

Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

Capability to fulfill the requirements for obtaining an airside pass for restricted area access.

Candidates should be self-driven, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.

Experience with Maintenance software such as 'AMOS' is advantageous but not mandatory.

Background in aircraft operations or engineering is beneficial but not required.
