Position Overview: We are seeking an English Functional Skills Tutor to join our committed Education team. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, requiring a commitment of 37 hours per week.

Your Role: As a Tutor, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering high-quality, learner-centered education that meets contractual obligations and standards.
• Adhering to Novus policies and procedures while supporting both learners and colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilizing your teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4, with a commitment to obtaining the relevant outstanding Level 4 qualification within a specified timeframe.
• Holding at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
• Demonstrating a proven track record of effective teaching in your subject area.
