Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the re-letting of properties, including sourcing housing applicants and coordinating lettings with local housing teams.
  • Ensure that all lettings are fully compliant with agreed processes and that systems are updated in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help with void property management and to minimize re-let times.
  • Work with customers to identify any possible risks or support required and liaise with relevant teams accordingly.
  • Ensure that all void and other property records are kept accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the social housing sector.
  • Performance driven.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
