Key Responsibilities- Understanding of Spray Painting Technology: You will possess a solid grasp of paint composition, mixing techniques, and various methods for applying paint to vehicles.
- Vehicle Preparation: Your role will involve thorough preparation of vehicles prior to painting, including essential tasks such as masking and sanding.
- Tool and Equipment Management: You will ensure that all company tools and equipment are maintained in a clean and safe condition, with a focus on minimizing fire hazards.
- Repair and Painting: You will execute repairs and surface preparation in accordance with manufacturer paint specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Waste Reduction: Your commitment to creating a safe working environment will include efficient practices that reduce waste.
- Expert Knowledge: You will apply your extensive knowledge of automotive refinishing materials, including paints and fillers, to achieve superior results.
- Substrate Selection: You will be adept at selecting appropriate refinishing processes and materials for various substrates, including metal, carbon fiber, and glass-reinforced plastic.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including 29 days of paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), a standard work schedule from 30 to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work. Opportunities for training and career progression are available, along with the option for overtime upon request.
