Contract Manager - Passive Fire Protection

Step Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in the field of Passive Fire Protection. Our client is a leading provider of fire protection services, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to manage contracts and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage contracts from initial brief to sign off, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  2. Oversee the installation of passive fire protection products and intumescent paint, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  3. Program and coordinate projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to safety protocols.
  4. Liaise with site management teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Produce relevant RAMs and H&S documents, ensuring timely management of staff and adherence to project requirements.
  6. Upload new clients, projects, drawings, and RAMs to the BORIS system, ensuring completion prior to project start dates.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in passive fire protection and intumescent paint.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of fire stopping procedures and products.
  3. In-date SMSTS and CSCS tickets.
  4. Experience using the BORIS system, both on site and in the office.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  6. Full, valid UK driving licence with the willingness and flexibility to travel to sites across the UK at short notice.
