About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our nursing and multi-disciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care, meeting the needs of patients, consultants, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing and multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, maintain, and enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct yourself professionally within the HCA standard framework, adhering to the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Codes of Professional Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Demonstrate competence in the role of Healthcare Assistant within the scope of your working areas.
  • Participate in the delivery of care in accordance with CHG policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Care Certificate.
  • Able to perform phlebotomy duties and ECG recordings.
  • Working in a pre-assessment environment is an advantage.
  • Willing to work towards NVQ Level 3 (Healthcare specific) or equivalent.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Previous experience in a Healthcare Assistant role.
  • Experience of customer care, including interacting with customers in challenging situations.
