Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at SLB. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer requirements are met within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review: Comprehend customer contractual conditions and specifications through established Contract Review process.
  • Project Management: Manage projects through the strip, overhaul, repair & upgrade; ensuring delivery and margin are maintained/improved.
  • Parts and Rental Management: Manage parts & Rental deliverables.
  • Shop Package Development: Develop and issue shop packages corresponding to the plan and coordinate their effective and timely progress.
  • Communication: Actively and constructively communicate with the Project Manager, department Plant and the Customer to ensure status information is timely available throughout the work.
  • Meeting Organization: Organise appropriate meetings in the course of the work and issue minutes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a record of all communications related to the work.
  • Status Reporting: Accurate status and progress reporting of orders to management for accurate financial forecasting including margin and cash flow enhancement through budget control, correct invoicing and reduction in aged receivables.
  • Project Planning: Provide project plans and status updates to customers in a timely manner whilst working on a recovery plan if required, ensuring client has the most accurate information and solutions to any issues as soon as practicably possible.
  • Improvement Programs: Participate in improvement programs.
  • Qualifications: Degree qualified candidate within a technical discipline.
  • Financial and Contractual Knowledge: Understanding of financial dimension and contractual obligations.
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Good negotiating skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to carry out job required under minimum supervision in a fast track and demanding environment.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet Customer and Cameron deadlines and requirements.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and SAP.
