We're seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer strategy and drive impactful campaigns. As a key member of our team, you'll research and select top influencers, build strong relationships, and manage the contracting process.

You'll oversee the annual influencer budget, maintain the influencer marketing calendar, and report on campaign successes. Collaboration is key as you'll work with the Content Team to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities to drive business goals.

Additionally, you'll assist the Social Media Lead with channel management, including copywriting, community engagement, and content planning. You'll help identify reactive marketing opportunities to boost brand awareness and contribute to content ideation, working with creators to deliver engaging content across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive business goals
  • Research and select top influencers to partner with
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders
  • Manage the contracting process and ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee the annual influencer budget and maintain the influencer marketing calendar
  • Report on campaign successes and provide insights for future improvements
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to bring influencers on-site for content creation
  • Assist the Social Media Lead with channel management and content planning
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of driving impactful campaigns and achieving business goals
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Expertise in cultural trends and influencer dynamics, with ability to integrate insights into strategies
  • Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative opportunities and support content ideas
  • Social media experience and keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities
