About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at MCR Property Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management process, from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all pre-commencement duties are fulfilled, working closely with our internal planning department and end project sales team.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the brief, while maintaining a customer-focused service and achieving key performance targets and value for money.
  • Provide leadership and compliance with Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors.
  • Manage day-to-day and diary management for staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective and efficient communication of information and monitoring of budgets and progress.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Commercial Director, Asset Manager, and CEO, highlighting project progress and any areas of concern.
  • Appoint and arrange local authority and statutory body inspections, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and manage tender packages, demonstrating commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
