Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Jets Account Manager to join our team at Air Partner. As a key player in the aviation industry, we provide world-class aircraft charter services and aviation safety and security solutions to industry giants, commerce champions, governments, and private jetsetters.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve revenue and profitability targets through proactive sales and broking skills
- Maintain high earning accounts and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Assist the Manager in implementing and progressing the Departmental strategy
- Support the team in all aspects of day-to-day trading
- Research relevant industry data to create new sales leads and opportunities
- Build new business for Air Partner in a competitive market
- Manage and maintain high service levels on demanding accounts
- Occasional out-of-hours work and contractability in pressured, time-sensitive situations
- Manage, support, and mentor junior team members
- Assist with departmental growth through recruitment, induction, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Previous proven experience in a broking role
- Good understanding of changing markets both in operators and clients
- Customer-focused with good people skills and the ability to form relationships with key individuals
- Ability to anticipate and outmaneuver rivals in competitive tenders
- Ability to generate consistent GP for the company and meet challenging targets
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met
- Numerate, efficient, and accurate
- Must be competitive, highly motivated, and hungry to win business
