Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Pupil Welfare Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Year, and Pastoral Support Managers in addressing the pastoral needs of pupils across the age range.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in daily pastoral activities
  • Supervise individual pupils or small groups during break and lunch times
  • Collaborate with Heads of Year and Pastoral Support Managers to ensure effective pastoral care
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with young people and staff. They will also have a strong understanding of child development and the ability to provide a safe and supportive environment.
