We are currently offering opportunities for Full Time, Part Time, and Bank Care Support Specialist positions within our community team. This team is dedicated to supporting individuals in various locations.
Shifts within the team may vary, with typical hours including 8am-4pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-9pm, and 1pm-10pm. The role may also involve overnight shifts.
No prior experience in care is necessary to apply, as we are committed to investing in your professional development and will provide comprehensive training through our esteemed learning and development team.
However, due to the nature of the role, we can only consider applicants who possess a valid driving license and have access to their own vehicle. Travel expenses incurred during shifts will be reimbursed, and a fuel allowance is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Support Specialist, your duties may include:
· Community Engagement - Supporting individuals in participating in community activities by organizing and accompanying them to various outings such as recreational centers, cinemas, and swimming pools.
· Personal Assistance - Aiding individuals in maintaining their health and hygiene by providing support with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and scheduling medical appointments.
· Daily Living Support - Assisting individuals in managing their households by encouraging participation in daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.
