Our Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme is designed to provide a strong foundation for success in the pensions industry. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your core consulting skills, and study towards qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders to draft Trustee meeting agendas and co-ordinate the papers required for the meetings.
  • Preparing other materials for the Trustees, including risk logs, training logs, scheme returns, and more.
  • Attending client meetings and producing first drafts of Trustee meeting minutes.
  • Taking ownership of actions coming out of meetings and ensuring they are completed within required timescales.
  • Supporting in designing and implementing employee communications, such as newsletters.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing best practice across the client portfolio.
  • Helping clients understand and manage governance changes that affect their pension schemes.
  • Contributing to proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Managing the Trustees' annual budget process and monitoring advisors' costs against this.
