Job Opportunity for Experienced Sheet Metal Workers

Mpeople Recruitment North West is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our client's team in the Tameside area. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the manufacturing process, fabricating sheet metal products to meet customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sheet metal production environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including overtime as required.
  • DBS clearance and 3 years of references.
