Fun, Energetic, and Loving Nanny for a Busy Family in Notting Hill

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nanny to join our team at Kinder Nannies & Staff Ltd. as a full-time nanny for a lovely family of three in central London.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare to our client's youngest child, a 4-year-old girl, and will be expected to work closely with the other nanny and household staff to ensure a smooth and harmonious household.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare to our client's youngest child, including drop-off and pick-up from nursery, managing her after-school schedule, and preparing educational activities.
- Assist with light housework, including tidying the child's room and playroom.
- Manage the child's doctor's appointments in Germany and accompany the family on their travels during school vacations.
- Work collaboratively with the other nanny and household staff to ensure a seamless household operation.
- Occasionally care for the two older children, encouraging them to speak German and engaging in play activities.
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker with no accent and excellent English skills.
- Experience working with children between the ages of 4-11 years.
- Education in early years or knowledge about child development.
- Knowledge about bilingual learning opportunities.
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate.
- Right to work in the UK and proof of settlement or pre-settlement status.
- Good references for recent and relevant nanny work.
- Able to run after small children and engage in play at floor level for extended periods.
- Fluent German speaker.
- Able to cook nutritious meals.
- Living within a short commutable distance of Notting Hill Gate or Kensington High Street tube stations.
