The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Technician to work onshore in our workshops in Aberdeen with occasional site work on a permanent basis. This role is full-time, offering 37.5 hours per week, with a salaried position, opportunity for overtime, and an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out inspections, maintenance, installations, and repairs on EnerMech and client-owned equipment across our Cranes/Hydraulics workshops.
  • Element of site work carrying out electrical inspection, maintenance, and fault finding on various equipment.
  • Liaising with suppliers for quoting/purchasing materials and spares for work activities within your workload.
  • Participating in regular review and updating of procedures and risk assessments to ensure that all work-scopes are carried out in the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective manner possible.

Requirements

  • A time-served Electrical apprenticeship.
  • Previous experience in repair and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of industry and regulatory equipment test and inspection requirements.
  • Basic IT skills.
