We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at One Retail. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences, and helping our teams grow and develop.

As a Catering Supervisor, you'll oversee all catering and service operations, managing teams to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. You'll work closely with our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain a positive brand image.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of catering experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional results. You'll be passionate about great-tasting food, exceptional customer service, and continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all catering and service operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage teams to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive brand image, representing One Retail in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations, sharing best practices and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Passionate about great-tasting food, exceptional customer service, and continuous learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate, with a willingness to pursue further certifications and training.
