Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure efficient housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and promote a positive team culture.
