Overview:

The Corporate Tax division is on the lookout for a Senior Tax Consultant. This position will play a key role in delivering expert tax guidance and managing compliance projects to ensure the effective execution of tax strategies for our corporate clientele.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be engaged in various activities, including:

  • Collaborating efficiently with team members to identify client needs and guarantee that projects are executed within the designated budget.
  • Seeking new business prospects and crafting compelling proposal documents.
  • Ensuring that your team possesses the necessary skills to provide exceptional client service, while fostering a supportive environment that promotes career growth and talent development.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and establishing clear objectives, while upholding principles of fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity.

Candidate Profile

To thrive in this position, we believe you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, or ATT qualified with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Highly organized with effective time and budget management capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to technical knowledge and personal growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Located in the East Midlands, with the ability to commute to Lincoln three days a week.
  • Engagement in formal training, including on-the-job learning opportunities.
