  • Experience in negotiations with client contacts at middle to senior management level.
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and commitment to service excellence.
  • Relationship management skills and ability to develop effective internal and external relationships and networks.
  • Well-organized with effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
