Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jellycat. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand throughout the independent retailers within the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stockists, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Identify and secure new luxury target stockists, ensuring that our brand is represented in the best possible light.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our point-of-sale (POS) branding is consistent and meets brand guidelines.
- Provide in-store training and support to customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand.
- Launch and present new collections annually, driving sales and brand awareness.
- Develop and present quarterly regional updates to the line manager and Head of UK Sales, highlighting financial and commercial performance.
- Attend UK tradeshows and supporting events, representing the Jellycat brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Strong commercial skills and understanding of the DNA of our brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stockists and customers.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Passionate about Jellycat and our characters and brand.
- Prior experience in merchandising and POS in-store is desirable.
