Exciting Opportunities in Insolvency Administration

We are seeking experienced Insolvency Administrators to join our team at a well-established company located near Northampton. As an Insolvency Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing corporate insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with UK insolvency legislation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, CVLs, and MVLs.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK insolvency legislation and regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and solicitors, to provide regular updates and resolve queries.
  • Prepare accurate reports, financial documentation, and statutory paperwork.
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate insolvency administration.
  • Knowledge of UK insolvency law and regulations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with insolvency software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
