Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Shape and execute the company\u2019s financial strategy, ensuring optimal utilisation of capital and resources.
\u2022 Supervise all financial tasks across the group, including financial reporting and budget consolidation.
\u2022 Oversee the implementation of sound cash flow management processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
\u2022 Maintain accurate financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
\u2022 Provide regular, timely financial management information, including strategic analysis and monthly accounts, to support decision-making at the highest level.

Qualifications and Experience:

\u2022 Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with superior mathematical skills.
\u2022 Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role.
\u2022 Proven experience of managing teams
\u2022 Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance principles, and financial analysis.
\u2022 Excellent organisational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
\u2022 Previous experience of working within a regulated environment would be very advantageous.
\u2022 Familiarity with HMRC rules and regulations.

The Head of Finance role is paying £70-85k plus bonus and benefits. The role will require 3 days a week in the West Sussex office. This is a fantastic time to be joining the business as they are becoming very acquisitive and so the role will involve lots of M&A work.
