About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Technician to join our team at Rygor Group. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy goods vehicles, trailers, and other vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform major and minor repairs to heavy goods vehicles, trailers, and other vehicles
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance services, such as tyre rotation and oil changes
  • Maintain inventory and cleanliness in the workshop
  • Work with repair teams to diagnose and plan repairs for vehicles
  • Record and maintain accurate records of vehicles repaired or handled
  • Provide emergency repair services to clients on the road
  • Complete relevant documentation and paperwork
  • Provide in-house training to recruits and trainees
Requirements
  • Industry qualifications in vehicle maintenance and repair, ideally Level 3
  • Previous experience as a HGV technician with a strong technical background
  • Computer literacy and confidence using technology
