Construction Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services in Leeds.
As a Labourer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and carrying out technical tasks, including mould treatment and minor damp prevention.
You will work efficiently and safely, adhering to best practices, and be responsible for clearing and cleaning properties, including external spaces, lofts, and removing furniture, white goods, and general waste.
You will also assist our Multi-Trade team on large-scale works as required.
About You
Previous experience as a general labourer in a social housing environment is preferred, but not essential. You must be able to operate small hand tools and small hand-held plant equipment, such as drills and breakers.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
