Job Overview

Position: Warehouse Layout Coordinator

Location: Grantham

Weekly Hours: 40

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 07:00 – 15:30

Compensation: £25,708

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team at Grantham NDC. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and verify the master data for the facility, promptly notifying management of any discrepancies while ensuring optimal site performance. Attention to detail is crucial, as this position is part of a cohesive site service team, but the ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively is equally important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and verifying product master data and their locations within the warehouse
  • Collaborating with the supply chain for the introduction of new products
  • Documenting and maintaining warehouse utilization metrics
  • Supporting the Customer Service Champion
  • Managing customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring all customer delivery inquiries and complaints are accurately recorded in the customer service database.
  • Providing site documentation and KPI information
  • Conducting stock management
  • Communicating warehouse layout changes, including racking adjustments

Candidate Profile

  • Reports directly to the Stock Manager
  • Capable of working collaboratively as well as independently
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Possesses a strong telephone communication skill
  • Able to relocate and adjust warehouse racking as necessary (training provided)
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments
  • Flexible availability as required
