Job Summary

We are seeking two dynamic qualified accountants to join our client's established and growing group business as Interim Accountants on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake project accounting duties, including financial planning and modelling, developing reporting dashboards, and supporting the group businesses with restructuring decisions.
  • Take ownership of financial control for several business entities and a charity, managing a small team, financial reporting and planning, cash flow forecasting and management, investment management, tax compliance, planning, and reporting.

Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with good technical knowledge and hands-on accounting experience.
  • Self-starter with a high energy approach and a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, change environment.
  • First-rate communicator, able to inspire, persuade, and influence, and comfortable business partnering stakeholders and senior management.
  • Natural problem-solver with excellent analytical skills and strong IT skills.
  • Team player, enjoying working in a collaborative manner with colleagues at all levels in the business.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £50,000pa - £60,000pa, plus benefits including generous holiday entitlement, health and dental insurance, life assurance, employee assistance programme, free gym, pension, and ongoing support and development.
  • Hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with the option to consider part-time hours.
