Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer

**Job Type:** Contract

**Location:** West Yorkshire

**Rate:** £37 - £42 per hour

**Duration:** 6 months

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our client's team on a major healthcare project. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical building services team and overseeing the installation of a large-scale de-carbonization system from steam to ASHP's.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the electrical building services team to ensure the successful delivery of the project
  • Oversee the installation of a large-scale de-carbonization system from steam to ASHP's
  • Manage the HV/LV update to the existing HV ring adaptations, HV replacements, main electrical intake replacement, and standby generation
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

**Requirements:**

  • Over 10 years of industry experience in electrical building services
  • Chartered status (although not essential)
  • Ability to work on a hybrid arrangement in the West Yorkshire office
