Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Band 4 Pharmacy Technician to join our Medication Management Team. This role is essential in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough drug histories and assess patients' own medications.
  • Manage the ordering and counselling of medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Qualifications
  • Must possess the Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the NHS.
  • Demonstrated experience in Medication Management within a hospital environment.
Eligibility Requirements
