Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the neighbourhood manager to address a variety of tenancy management challenges, including but not limited to: anti-social behaviour, property upkeep, garden maintenance, complaint resolution, safeguarding, domestic abuse, and tenancy fraud cases. This includes enforcing tenancy agreements and providing tenants with clear and relevant information regarding their rights and responsibilities.
  • Take initiative in maintaining a pleasant living environment by assisting the neighbourhood manager with gardening and cleaning services.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues within residences, coordinating with the asset management and repairs team to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Work alongside the neighbourhood manager to facilitate the efficient allocation and re-letting of vacant properties, adhering to organizational policies and best practices.
  • Foster effective collaboration with various agencies by establishing strong local connections, attending community meetings as necessary, and promoting the initiatives of our organization.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify environmental concerns and implement appropriate measures to enhance the neighbourhood, developing practical and innovative solutions for improvement.

  • Genuine empathy for our tenants and their circumstances.
