Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

You will work closely with our care team to deliver personalized care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

**Providing Personal Care**: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.

**Assisting with Daily Living Tasks**: Help clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and shopping.

**Providing Emotional Support**: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.

**Maintaining Client Records**: Accurately record client information, including care plans, progress notes, and any concerns or issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • **Communication skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • **Basic IT skills**: Ability to use basic computer software and equipment.
