Job Title: HSQE Coordinator

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSQE Coordinator to join our team in Andover. As a key member of our HSQE team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HSQE Project Manager with Keltbray Infrastructure requirements.
  • Collaborate with Lead HSQE Managers and HSQE Teams to ensure effective coordination and communication.
  • Compile weekly HSQE bulletin packs and reports for various management levels.
  • Manage action logs and weekly status reports.
  • Coordinate the management of open notification status regarding event reporting.
  • Provide first-point-of-contact support for system queries and basic user functions.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support the completion of Client PQQs.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to undertake an Apprenticeship in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English skills and a Level 3 award in Education and Training.
  • Mental Health First Aid certification and a full UK driving license.
  • Desirable qualifications include A-Level education, NEBOSH Construction Level 3, and IOSH Membership.
