Senior Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced social care professional to join our supported living service in Harrogate.
About the Role:The Lead Senior Support Worker will be a key link between support staff and management, responsible for the day-to-day running of the service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lone working 1:1 with individuals
- Working on shift to ensure the highest quality person-centred support
- Managing the emotional wellbeing of the people we support
- Supporting and mentoring other members of the team
- Dealing with any problems that arise on shift
- Ensuring good practice is adhered to at all times
- Accompanying the people we support in the community
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience of social care and hold a full driver's license.
