At Independence Matters, we specialize in providing exceptional adult care services across Norfolk.

We are currently seeking Zero Hour Support Workers to become part of our Floating Support City Service in the Norwich area.

No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training to all our new hires.

We value individuals who resonate with our mission, exhibit a proactive mindset, and possess a positive attitude.

Our goal is to equip you with the essential skills to excel as a support worker.

Our community-focused service delivers personalized 1:1 support to help adults maintain their independence both at home and within the community.

With various shift patterns available, you will work on a flexible rota that may include weekdays and weekends.

Each of our clients is unique, and they deserve individualized care. Your responsibilities may involve assisting clients in developing independent living skills, engaging socially, participating in various activities, and leading a life of maximum independence.
