  • Oversee GDPR compliance within the operations department.
  • Act as the primary contact for escalations related to GDPR and cybersecurity incidents.
  • Implement the organization’s ESG strategy with the support of the team.
  • Manage a small team, fostering a culture of proactive engagement and support.
  • Monitor operational performance through the development of key performance indicators.
  • Assist other departments with expertise and project delivery.
  • Address operational issues, including insurance claims and facility management.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in office management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of technology solutions and their implementation.
  • Experience managing cybersecurity compliance projects within the UK.
  • Proven track record in managing office relocations.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Prior experience in Health & Safety management.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations.
