About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for serving and assisting residents with their meals, ensuring a high-quality, nutritious dining experience.

You will work closely with our residents, understanding their dietary needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to ensure their comfort and well-being. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential in interacting with our residents, their families, and our team members.

With experience in food preparation and knowledge of kitchen hygiene, you will be well-equipped to maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents. Knowledge of special dietary requirements and allergens is an advantage, but not essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring a high-quality dining experience
  • Assist residents with eating and drinking, providing personalized support and care
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
