Job Summary

Zenopa is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, maintenance, and installation of a portfolio of high-end biodecontamination instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, maintain, and install a wide range of innovative bio-decontamination equipment used in life sciences, healthcare, and pharmaceutical environments.
  • Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown calls on customers' equipment, adhering to company procedures.
  • Follow product service, repair, and installation method statements.
  • Commission new products following delivery to customer sites.
  • Train customer operators in the correct and safe use of the equipment.
  • Complete validation project testing documentation, including preparation and issuance of reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in commissioning and validation procedures is essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record in servicing and maintaining electro-mechanical systems and products, as well as strong technical diagnostic skills.
  • Full driving license and valid passport are required.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home Monday to Friday across the UK.
  • Ability to document work completion to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Good communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • A positive, flexible, and results-oriented approach.
