Commercial Maintenance Plumber

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to fill a key role in our operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large commercial site in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance on hot and cold-water service and sanitary systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Undertake planned maintenance on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, including Gas Boilers, to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintenance, repairs and testing of Fire Fighting Equipment – Sprinkler Systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on circulation pumps sets, motorised valves and pressurisation units to prevent system failures.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Recording of maintenance and repair activities on Computer Aided Facilities System (CAFM) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Person Specification:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Plumbing qualification to ensure technical competence.
  • City and Guilds Water Regulations & Unvented Hot Water Systems certification to demonstrate expertise.
  • COCN1 Core Commercial Heating certification to ensure knowledge of commercial heating systems.
  • 5 years of post-qualification experience in Mechanical Maintenance in the Commercial/Industrial sector to ensure relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Full UK driving licence to enable travel to multiple sites.
