Workplace Type: Hybrid
Our client, a renowned company in the European Region, is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to oversee the financial activities of multiple regions, including India and Poland. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement in the controls environment while mitigating risk and enhancing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage annual processes such as year-end audits and tax returns.
- Lead a dedicated finance team.
- Strengthen tax compliance.
- Manage treasury functions.
- Oversee payroll operations.
You will work closely with other divisional functions and global corporate financial management to drive continuous improvement in our controls environment.
Requirements- Experience establishing accounting processes and understanding of internal controls.
- Strong computer skills including ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Excellent communication skills with exceptional depth in accounting knowledge.
