About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Neurology team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, head injury, and spinal injury.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and appraisal of team members, including Band 5, 4, 2, and students.
- Provide formal and informal training and education to physiotherapy staff, other healthcare professionals, and students.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and service development.
- Participate in clinical audit and research within the team.
Requirements
- MSc or BSc in Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Band 5 Physiotherapist, including experience in neurology, respiratory, and MSK.
- NHS experience.
- Responsibility for on-call duties.
