We are seeking a Facilities Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in Northern Ireland. This role is designed to provide leadership and operational excellence across five sites.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of coaching, development, and mentorship.
- Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in managing diverse Facilities Management services, including Security, Cleaning, Reception, and supplier relations.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of physical and security systems.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated experience in managing financial resources, achieving operational objectives, and executing change initiatives for operational improvement.
- Innovation: Bring creativity and enthusiasm to enhance commercial value and meet client expectations.
- Driving Requirements: A valid driving license is essential due to the nature of the role.
- Flexibility: Be prepared for on-call duties and occasional overnight stays as required.
- Pressure Management: Maintain a positive attitude and effective performance under pressure.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met through the central Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
- Client Relations: Anticipate client needs and adapt service offerings to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Change Control: Manage all aspects of commercial change control processes.
- IT Proficiency: Be comfortable with technology and software relevant to the role.
- Qualifications: Hold IOSH/NEBOSH certifications and be trained by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS). SIA licensing is also required.
MBIFM training is preferred.
