Nursery Assistant Practitioner and Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant Practitioner and Room Leader to join our team at our outstanding rated children's day nursery and preschool in Reigate.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide a positive and happy learning environment that offers choice, independence, and a range of experiences, while meeting all of the children's needs.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and caring environment for the well-being of the children.
- Assist the Room Lead and Nursery Management in all aspects of providing day-to-day high-quality childcare.
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play, and be safe.
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five (desirable).
- Be passionate about building a career in Early Years and be willing to take on a fully funded external qualification.
- Regular team events
- Regular support from the management team
- Funded in-house and external training opportunities, including Levels 2, 3, 4+ in childcare, leadership, and management courses, SEN, and more
- Annual pay reviews
- Referral scheme
Salary is negotiable, reflecting experience and qualifications. We also have the opportunity to consider a more senior position for the right candidate should this be of interest.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
